2. Products

  • All products are handcrafted and may have minor variations in colour, texture, or finish — this is a natural characteristic of artisan goods and not a defect.
  • Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual products may vary slightly.
  • We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time without notice.
  • Candles are for decorative and aromatic use. Keep away from children, pets, and flammable materials. Never leave a burning candle unattended.

3. Pricing & Payments

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST.
  • We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and other payment methods available at checkout.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is binding.
  • In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

4. Orders & Cancellations

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting us at info@rahamoments.com.
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
  • For bulk/custom orders, cancellation may not be possible once production has begun.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including product photographs, descriptions, logos, designs, and branding — is the exclusive property of Raha Moments and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Raha Moments shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the value of the order placed.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
