I haven't received a tracking email

Please check your spam or junk folder first — order emails sometimes land there. Tracking emails are sent once your order has been dispatched, which can take up to 24 hours after your order is placed. If you still haven't received anything, contact us with your order details.

My tracking link isn't updating

This is completely normal. After dispatch, it can take 24–48 hours for the courier to scan your parcel and update the tracking system. If there's no movement after 48 hours, please reach out to us and we'll look into it right away.

Can I change my delivery address?

Address changes are possible only if your order hasn't been dispatched yet. Please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order with your new address. Once a parcel is with the courier, we're unable to redirect it.

My order is delayed

We're sorry to hear that. Delays can occasionally happen due to courier backlogs or weather conditions. Please contact us with your order number and we'll investigate immediately and keep you updated throughout.
