We take great care in packaging every Raha Moments order to ensure your candles arrive safely and beautifully.
1. Processing Time
- Standard orders: Processed within 2–3 business days
- Custom or bulk orders: Processing time will be communicated at the time of order confirmation
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day
2. Delivery Timelines

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary during peak seasons (Diwali, Valentine's Day, Christmas) or due to courier delays.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹1,499
- Orders below ₹1,499: flat shipping fee of ₹99
- Bulk / corporate orders: shipping charges will be calculated and communicated separately
4. Packaging
All orders are packed in our signature matte Cashmere Cream packaging with protective inner padding (crinkled kraft paper or moulded pulp) to safeguard fragile sculptural and gel pieces. Each order includes a care card with candle safety tips.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and courier partner details. You can track your order on the courier's website directly.
6. Undelivered & Returned Packages
- If a delivery attempt fails and the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery (re-shipping charges apply)
- Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout — we are not responsible for delays due to incorrect addresses
7. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the packaging and product immediately and email us at info@rahamoments.com within 48 hours. We will arrange a prompt replacement or refund.
8. International Shipping
We currently ship within India only. International shipping is not available at this time. Stay tuned for updates.
