Refund & Return Policy

At Raha Moments, every candle is hand-crafted with care. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unburned, and in its original packaging
  • The product was received in a damaged or defective condition
  • You received an incorrect item

We do not accept returns for:

  • Products that have been used or burned
  • Change of mind after delivery
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Products purchased during sale or clearance events

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged, please:

  1. Take clear photographs of the product and packaging immediately upon delivery
  2. Email us at info@rahamoments.com within 48 hours of receipt
  3. Include your order number and photos in the email

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

3. Refunds

Once your return is approved and the item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • The refund will be credited to your original payment method
  • UPI and bank transfer refunds may take 3–5 additional business days depending on your bank

4. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for products of equal or lesser value, subject to availability. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at info@rahamoments.com within 7 days of delivery.

5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to our error (damaged/wrong item), we will bear the return shipping cost
  • For other eligible returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping charges
  • We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not liable for lost returns

6. Bulk & Corporate Orders

All bulk and corporate orders (10+ units) are final sale and non-refundable unless items are received in a damaged condition. Please review your order carefully before confirming.
